Who We Are and What We’re Doing

Sol Ventus Partners LLC (SVP) is a for-profit Independent Power Producer (IPP). Our focus is to partner with governmental and non-profit agencies in order to help them reap the energy cost savings and goodwill widely associated with solar alternative energy. In doing so, we are also helping to stimulate overall utilization and affordability of solar alternative energy forms — which is important to us, and, we believe, to all of us.

Our Partners and Leadership

The founders and management of Sol Ventus Partners LLC have experience developing, financing, owning, and operating a highly efficient solar power system. Many IPP’s cannot make that statement. The SVP business team members include:

• McGill Smith Punshon, Inc. (MSP), independent consultant experienced in the design of solar array layouts

• Kastle Solar and Wind, LLC (KSW), independent contractor experienced in developing and building cost‐efficient, energy-related projects.
