Process Steps:
- Sign a Letter of Intent (LOI), with estimated terms and conditions, agreeing to enter into contract negotiations if a feasibility study returns a Positive result for the site in question.
- MSP (designer) and KSW (installer/builder) will visit your site to determine if a PV solar power system can meet the LOI terms. If the feasibility study is Positive, a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is drafted per LOI terms for signatures, and is presented for financing approval. In the event the site feasibility study returns a Negative result, no further obligation exists, no contract is signed and the LOI terminates.
- Once financing, as well as state project approval is obtained, the PV solar power system is ordered, installed by KSW, and you begin conserving power and saving money on your current and future electric bills.
The Sol Ventus Partners team works to ensure that all projects are completed successfully and in a timely manner, rapidly providing the multiple benefits of the solar power system to you, the non‐profit or governmental entity host.
